Proses Enactment, Selection Dan Retentions Pada Soegijapranata Learning Model (Slm) Dalam Peningkatan Komunikasi Interaktif Dan Inovasi Pembelajaran Antara Dosen Dan Mahasiswa
Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata
Soegijapranata Learning Model (SLM) emerges as an important milestone in the evolution of higher learning, integrating the concepts of organizational communication, organizational information theory, and systems theory. SLM emphasizes on the process of enactment, selection, and retention as the main foundation, creating an adaptive and responsive learning system. This research qualitatively explores and describes the role of SLM in changing the paradigm of organizational communication in higher education. Using a case study approach, the findings show that SLM not only enriches the learning experience, but also embraces the essence of effective organizational communication. The enactment process allows for direct experience and active engagement in learning. The selection process facilitates the selection of relevant information, while retention supports the storage and reuse of knowledge. The adoption of SLM as a foundation and innovation for the enhancement of instructor-student interaction is a paradigm shift in organizational information theory.
By understanding this concept, SLM is not only a learning model, but also an important tool in the context of systems theory. It shapes the dynamic interaction between the elements of learning.
