ESENSI: Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis is a peer-reviewed journal published three times a year (January–April, May–August, and September–December) by the Graduate in Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Institut Bisnis Nusantara. The journal publishes articles reporting research in various business fields including marketing management, finance, strategy, operations, human resources, e-business, knowledge management, accounting, MIS, international business, business ethics, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

Manuscripts are selected based on their significance and contribution to the business literature. All submissions go through an independent and constructive peer-review process.
